摘要：信息技术的迅速发展大大加快了企业的现代化与信息化的进程。企业信息化已成为全球化的发展趋势。以企业资源计划ERP为代表的管理数字化是企业信息化技术特点的重要体现，也是我国企业信息化工程的重要方面。现代企业管理技术基于现代企业管理模式，在资源集成、信息集成、功能集成、过程集成和企业间集成基础上，本文从目前大多数企业自身特点出发，提出了实施ERP前我国企业财务管理存在的诸多问题，重点阐述了我国企业实施ERP环境下的财务管理的一些思路和方法。
