第二句中but also后面的about gardening前缺少了谓语，而在第一句中前面的does则充当了后面两样事物的谓语，所以是第一句对。
要加助动词does嘛!
这要看原句是否有强调意味了，如果有的话就第一句正确。单看语法，这两个都对。
