摘 要：合唱指挥是高师音乐教学过程中不可缺少的内容，而在合唱指挥教学过程中树立良好的“角色意识”尤为重要。本文以高师合唱指挥教学过程中的“角色意识”为研究对象，分别对它树立的重要性、内在特点及要树立良好的“角色意识”师生应具备的基础、培养树立“角色意识”的方法进行了分析研究。通过研究发现，这种良好的“角色意识”的树立对学生、教师和课堂教学效果方面都具有重要的价值与意义。这种“角色意识”有着复合性、多样性、完整性、一致性这些内在特点。另外，立足于高师合唱指挥教学过程中“角色意识”树立的基础上，可以采用多种方法来培养学生树立良好的“角色意识”。
