[摘要] 在新时期信息化与全球化以及中国迅速崛起的大背景下，面对当前城市化所产生的问题与挑战，亟需发展和构建属于中国自己的城市理论与城市规划理论体系。本文在回顾我国古代城市规划辉煌成就并总结其规制特色的基础上，综合传统哲学的思想方法对现有规划价值观的偏颇加以整合校正。希望可以从中获得启示，发展出科学合理的城市规划理论，进而指导规划建设富有中国特色的城市化范例。

China's new era of construction in urban planning from the traditional philosophy of the Enlightenment
