scar tissue直译的话就是伤疤组织，其实指的是毒品注射以后的伤疤。red hot chili peppers的主唱曾是有名的瘾君子。这首歌对毒品的描述个人感觉很暧昧，虽然当时AK已经渐渐从毒瘾中走出来。这首歌的前奏和SOLO都蛮嗲的，吉他手John最近还被滚石杂志评为新一代的吉他之神。高潮部分的和声有三个声部哦，和得很好听...歌词不是很好翻译，各自有各自的理解：
