Responsibilities
The checking and approval for contract drawings, technical documents ,the instruction manual and samples do not negate the seller’s sole responsibility the design, manufacture ,supply , testing , delivery, quality ,assurance and warranty for goods supplied pursuant to this contract .
It shall be understood that the approval of these drawings , technical documents , instruction manuals and /or samples will not relieve the supplier from any responsibility in connection with the work or in obtaining the required by the contract specification.
Should there be any discrepancies in this purchase contract, it is the sole responsibility of the seller to contact the buyer to resolve the matter.
