UC知道windows xp sp2黑屏死机,跳出紫屏加提示,请大家帮忙分析

我的电脑装的是windows xp sp2。（以前很正常。）过年时在装机时光驱曾出现过不能读盘的情况，敲了几下有点恢复正常了，但还是有点困难。装好后，升级到sp2。后来发现在使用过程中有时会突然出现黑屏并有以下的文字提示：
“A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your Computer.
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appear again follow these steps:
Check to be sur you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the man afacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

相信我，你的内存有问题，因为我上个星期给一个网吧修机器时遇到这个同样的问题（一模一样！）
装98就没有问题（偶尔出现打不开光盘CAB包的错误，说是光盘损坏，但是重新装98系统N回，没准哪次能装上，但是换做装XP或2000，在刚复制文件时就可能出错，即使复制完了，进XP时，到滚动条后进入桌面前肯定紫屏！！他网吧的比你严重，进都进不去，有一次进去了，动了几下，就出现这个了！）
因为98对硬件的要求不是很高，稍微一点小毛病的话，在XP或2000下则出现问题
你可以先把内存换一个插槽，如果还是不行，则完全是内存的问题了
你找一个其他的内存（借也借得来吧），肯定问题就没了！
PS：你不要说“以前好好的，怎么就能内存坏了呢？”是的，他网吧的机器以前也正常用的，后来就总出问题，装XP时，彻底发现是内存故障！
