medium height 都可以
我觉得medium build还更常用一些
There is no convenient adjective for "medium height" that is the equivalent of tall or short.
If I tell you I am tall or I am short, you know what I mean - tall and short are naturally related to height.
If I tell you I am medium, you have no idea whether I am talking about height, hair or skin ... or anything else.

What I'm trying to get to is that "height" in "tall height" and "short height" is redundant. That's why it sounds really odd.
