installed ethereal got the error"decompressing data! Corrupted installer?" please help

I downloaded ethereal-setup-0.99.0.exe with IE,but when i installed it by Double-click it but the following
error message is displayed:

NSIS ERROR:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want t o contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch
(NOT RECOMMENDED).

I tried to run in a command line ethereal-setup-0.99.0.exe /NCRC I the following error message displayed:

Ethereal .099.0 Setup:
Error decompressing data! Corrupted installer?

The phenomena exist also on my roommates' PC.

I thing something weird is going on.How to solve it.
Anyone got any ideas?would be nice……

your install file maybe destroied, try to redownload it from the webside, keep your link smoothly.
system shows the decompressing of the installation was interrupted.
or maybe the file on WWW is bad, try another address.
or the version you down is not compatible to your OS, try another version.

try to install it again!
