环境保护与贸易自由之间的关系问题是20世纪90年代以来国际社会的重要议题，也是WTO自成立以来第一轮多哈谈判的主要议题。环境保护的目标要求一定形式的国家干预和国际法律约束，以对贸易自由实行必要程度的限制，而贸易自由化的实现则力求尽可能地减少国家的管制和干预。本文旨在论述WTO贸易与环境议题对我国对外贸易的影响和启示。
