never哪些情况前加be动词，哪些情况不加

He is never late.(现在时）他从来不迟到。
He was never late.（过去时）他从来不迟到（指过去那段时间）
I've never heard of him.（现在完成时）我从来没收到过他的来信。
时态哪种都可以，只要表示的是从来不，绝对性的否定就用never。
Never have I heard of him. Never的倒装句前不加。
stop:
1)stop+v-ing表示停止，终止做某事，不再干了
eg. Stop talking, it is time for class.停止讲话，现在是在上课。
stop...from v-ing 阻止，制止做某事
eg. The firewall stops the fire from spreading. 防火墙阻止火势蔓延。
2) stop+to do表示停下来去做，从一件事转移到另一件事上
eg. She stopped to talk with the guests. 她停下（手中的活）和客人讲话。
