安装windowBinds安装到%91时弹出来个“

在安装windowBinds的时候，安装到%91时弹出来个“You not have access to make the required system configuraion madifications.Please rerun this installation from an administrators account"
然后点OK 就什么就没有了，
不知道是怎么回事，
各位大哥能不能帮帮我，教下我怎么样安装WindowBinds,详细点，麻烦下发个地址和汉化补丁，现在很想用wba格式的主题，可是就是装不了，我的系统是XP,Service pack 2,显存是64M的，CPU主频1.82GHz的512MB的内存不知道能装不！~
