Last week was exceptionally bad. I have been off my old medication for three weeks, cleaning it out of my system so I could switch to my new medication. One Saturday it was like someone turned off the light switch. I was in a large amount of pain, regardless of whether I stood, sat or laid down. What was worse was I could barely use or put weight on my right leg and so walking was extremely difficult. It reminded me of the days before my AS was diagnosed and I lived in constant pain. Unfortunately, I'm not as able to tolerate it as well anymore. MGzC5'; X
The good news is I got a shot of my new medication a week ago and each day I have been getting better. I went into work for a half day today. I likely could have done a full day but thought it best to take things a little slower until feeling better. [ w%K SZL

上个星期特别的倒霉，我已经停用我的老药物疗法三周从我的身体系统中清理出来以便我能转换到我的新药物疗法当中来。一个星期六像是有些人关掉了灯的开关，不管我是站着，坐着还是躺着，我都处于一阵极大的痛苦当中。更糟糕的是我几乎不能使用或在我的右腿上使上劲，所以走路对我来说都极度的困难。这使我想起我的AS被诊断出来并且我都生活在持续的痛苦当中。不幸的是，我也已经不能再忍受这种这种痛苦了。好消息是一星期前我试用了新的药物疗法，每天我都变的更好。我今天工作了半天，我似乎也能工作一整天但是考虑到在我感觉更好的时候之前我最好做事情慢一点。
一个有趣的细节是每种药物疗法影响着不同的关节和地方。我的最新药物似乎在我的颈子上效果不错。这使我更容易翻身，这是一个好事情。但到目前为止，我的膝关节和髋关节还不能向我的颈子那样很好的行动，但是我希望这会随着时间增长而改善。直至目前为止，我每一天都在进步，其他AS病人用这种药物疗法也都做得很好，我的手指能够活动自如。通常它需要数周的时间，所以我希望能改善的更多。
