比如Bus No.123 后面的数字123具体该怎么读？
是one two three还是one hundred and twenty-three?

one two three和one hundred and twenty-three都可以的，看自己习惯。不过方便的一点是前者。
当然现在还有一种读法是one twenty-three,在电影上看到的，呵呵。

都是对的，不过现在一般用one two three

都可以。就好像年份一样,2008可以说,two thousand and eight,也可以说two o o eight.
