摘 要 : 公路路基是一种线形结构物，具有路线长，与大自然接面广的特点，其稳定性在很大程度上由当地自然条件所决定。因此深入调查公路沿线的自然条件，掌握有关自然因素的自然规律及其对路基稳定性的影响，从而因地制宜地采用技术措施，以达到正确进行路基施工和养护的目的。
影响路基稳定性的因素主要包括自然因素和人为因素。自然因素主要是地形、气候、水文与水文地质、地质条件、植物覆盖等。人为因素主要指荷载作用、路基结构、施工方法、养护措施。此外还有沿线附近的人为设施如水库、排灌渠道、水田以及人为活动等。路基设计时应掌握沿线的湿度和湿度变化规律，采取相应的调节水温情况的措施，以保证路基具有足够的稳定性。
