我想你是开机时出现这个问题，可能性有许多，有可能是软件冲突，也有可能是硬件。建议你开机时按 F5 （在键盘上），进入安全模式，看看进不进得了，如果能进就启动时光回复功能回到之前的系统，如果连安全模式都进不了，那就难说了。
