在大多情况下可以互换，link to把……和……联系起来，链接到
偏向于较抽象的，connect to接在---上,连在----上 ，连接，相连 偏向于较直观的。
例如：Link to other blogs from your blog
Provide information to help you connect to the internet if you have not do so already.
