[摘要] 广东省是中国经济强省，而加工贸易在广东省整体经济格局中占有重要地位。广东省出口贸易规模位居全国第一。而这些发展成果的取得对于广东省乃至全国的经济发展起到了重要作用。但是，近两年广东省加工贸易进出口虽平稳发展但所占比重已有所下降。并且广东省加工贸易发展也遭遇到了许多新问题、新挑战。这之中既有政策方面的原因，也有贸易方面的因素。本文将着重从国际贸易理论角度进行分析阐述，并应对这些新问题，提出解决对策，做到有的放矢。研究解决发展中所遇到的新问题无疑将对于广东省乃至全国整体经济发展带来好处，同时对于贯彻科学发展观，坚持统筹城乡、区域全面、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。
