我的电脑我把它一健还原的用的一健还原精灵，还原过后我的电脑，我的文档，回收站只能通过资源管理器打开，如果双击就会会出现这样的提示：runtine errot frogram:c:\windows\explore.exe this application has requested ,the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way . please contat the application's support team for worse information 但可以正常的上网，而且杀毒软件没法用，就是刚下载的也不能使用。

你的explore.exe破坏了哦，下载一个试试

一般备份系统是不装杀毒软件的，最好使用ghost，那个是完全独立的，比还原精灵好

explore.exe和备份时候不一样了,如果你是高手就自己动手改一改explore.exe,

如果你不是高手,就去网上下载一个原版的explore.exe用用,但肯定会有不一样的东西,这时候你就要自己把路径改一改

ctrl+alt+del打开任务管理器，进程里结束explrer.exe。切换到应用程序，点新任务，输入cmd /k copy c:\windows\system32\dllcache\explorer.exe c:\windows确定，再点新任务，输入explorer.exe确定，搞定。
