摘要： 河南省地处中原，地质条件多样，气候适宜，形成了一大批以焦作四大怀药为代表的具有地方特色的名优农特产品。随着社会的发展，农业的基础性逐渐突显，面对正在发生巨大变化的经济形式，农业产业结构调整也面临着一次重大转折，特色农业作为农业生产的一部分，对农业产业结构的调整，农民收入的增加起着重要作用。焦作四大怀药历史悠久，已经形成了一定的产业结构基础，然而在产业结构调整中还面临着产品的种植与研发，品牌的建设，销售渠道建设，产业经营化水平等方面问题，面对存在的问题，通过规范种植模式，提高研发水平，加强品牌建设力度，建立畅通的销售渠道等手段解决产业建设中的矛盾，促进当地农业经济的发展。
