只有当say之后接的是一般现在的事情或内容或者接的是一般的真理和不言而喻的事情时才要用原形。
例：Mother said the sun rises from the east .
The waiter said that the train leaves at 7 o'clock .

但这里就不同了，你用的是say的过去时said,而且said 后的内容与said是同一个时段的，那么此时就是用动词的过去时。

said 后面是宾语从句，怎么会是原形呢，根据时态来确定宾语从句的动词

主句里如果是过去时，从句必需和主句的时态统一。
