UC知道apache启动问题

装了wamp，运行之后apache 启动不起来了，错误日志：
[crit] (OS 10022)提供了一个无效的参数。 : Child 1984: setup_inherited_listeners(), WSASocket failed to open the inherited socket.

我发现打开本地连接-属性-Internet 协议（TCP/IP)-高级，出现“高级 TCP/IP 设置”对话框，不做更改任何设置，一直点“确定”，然后再启动apache ，这时apache就可以工作了，但是却只能访问校内网，不能访问校外网。
在学校用的是dr.com的客户端，查了一下是有冲突的。在家里外网是能上了，可是运行之后还是要这么确定3次才能启动，奇怪死了。。。

我的解决方法是每次开机先 重置 “本地连接-属性-TCP/IP-高级-win选项卡里的LMHOSTS ” 就是它以前有钩就去了 没有就添上 然后启动APACHE 然后再登陆DR.COM
还有2种方法就是每次开机改注册表或者每次关机前卸载DR.COM
