摘要

随着对外贸易的飞速发展，信用证支付成为我国企业在对外贸易中最主要的一种贸易结算方式，它比其他结算方式更方便、更安全。但是由于信用证业务自身的复杂性和游离于基础合同的独立抽象性为风险的存在提供了便利，这些风险的存在威胁着交易各方的信誉及利益，对国际贸易的发展非常不利，甚至破坏了国际间的正常贸易，同时也加重了防范和金融监管的难度。为了更好地防范信用证结算风险，必须提出一些相对应的防范措施。本文分析了信用证结算方式下面临的风险，并且介绍了对应各种风险的防范措施，以期警示国际贸易交易双方对信

With the development at full speed of foreign trade, the letter of credit pays and becomes the enterprises of our country in a main trade settlement way in foreign trade, it is more convenient, safer than other settlement ways. But because the complexity and dissociating the independent abstractness the basic contract of business of the letter of credit has offered the facility for existence of the risk, the existence of these risks is threatening prestige and interests of each side of the trade, very disadvantageous to development of international trade, even destroyed international normal trade, aggravated the difficulty of taking precautions against and financial supervision at the same time.
