this is hotel where we are going to stay 是地点状语从句吗

是地点状语从句，不过我觉得在hotel前应该加个定冠词才合适。

如果是定语从句应该是
This is the hotel in which we are going to stay.
this is the hotel which/that we are going to visit.

不是地点状语从句，是定语从句，但是hotel前应加定冠词the,这里where相当于in which,即this is the hotel in which we are going to stay.在定语从句中where可以起到介词+which的替代作用，二者可以互换，具体用哪个介词则取决于先行词的习惯搭配，如本句中in the hotel,故本句中where相当于in which.
若是地点状语从句，应为this is where we are going to stay.where引导的从句作为地点状语
