非常感谢大家给我一次畅所欲言的机会。在我心中长久以来，一个具有魅力的老师，从我的观点来讲首先希望她能很漂亮，这样上课会让大家赏心悦目，当然男老师可以丑点！然后我觉得做为一个老师应该具有最基本的幽默细胞，这能带动课堂气氛，让学生们上课更加积极。一个老师在上课的时候老是虎着脸，把自己装扮成杀神般，这样就索然无味了，同学们是来学习知识的，不是来看你演戏的，如果长久以往，会更加刺激我们这个年龄层的叛逆心理。做为一个优秀的老师，讲课应该具有自己的特色，不要千篇一律的去模仿他人，这样不仅很俗，而且会让学生产生厌倦心理，长久以往会让大家感觉乏味。最后，如果老师考试前能透露点考试档案，我会更加高兴！
