My topic today is what is important when delegating work to others.

Here we go two pionts that I want to state,
first and the most important is that the crew should have clear instructions,as we konw,a clear vision can help staff have a good understanding of where to go and how they can achieve their group`s target.When everybody has a direction in their mind,their productivity will incease so each one can performe well.

Then it is vital to choose right persons to do the job ,the art of delegating lies in the right choice of who will be suitable to do the work.It is the right people that can do the right things.
