摘要:本文研究并分析了Sb对(Co,Nb)掺杂SnO2压敏电阻器电学非线性特性的影响。研究发现Sb3+对Sn4+的取代能明显提高陶瓷的致密度,掺入x (Sb2O3)为0.02mol%的陶瓷样品, 99.13%SnO2+0.75%Co2O3+0.10%Nb2O5+0.02%Sb2O3, 具有最高的密度(ρ=6.83g/cm3),最高的压敏电场(EB=312.5V/mm),最高的非线性系数(α=13.5)和最高的势垒电压。为了解释样品电学非线性性质的起源,本文对前人缺陷势垒模型进行了修正,提出了(Sb,Co,Nb)掺杂SnO2晶界缺陷势垒模型,指出替代Sn的受主离子应处于SnO2晶格中,不应处于间界上。同时,对该压敏电阻器进行了等效电路分析,试验测量与等效电路分析结果相符。

Abstract:(摘要:) The research and analysis on the Sb (Co, Nb) doping SnO2 varistor electrical properties of nonlinear. Sb3 + study found that the Sn4 + replace the ceramic can significantly improve the density, the incorporation x (Sb2O3) to 0.02 mol% of the ceramic samples, 99.13% SnO2 +0.75% Co2O3 +0.10% Nb2O5 +0.02% Sb2O3, with the highest Density (ρ = 6.83 g/cm3), the highest pressure-sensitive electric field (EB = 312.5V/mm), the highest non-linear coefficient (α = 13.5) and the highest barrier voltage. Samples in order to explain the origin of electrical nonlinear nature, the paper of their predecessors defects barrier model was amended by the (Sb, Co, Nb) doping SnO2 boundary defects barrier model, pointing out that the main alternative of Sn - SnO2 should be in a lattice, not in between the circles on. At the same time, the varistor to the equivalent circuit analysis, testing and measuring results in line with equivalent circuit.
