新机的话,hard reset 一下, 开始>设定>系统>记忆体重置>写1234.

1. Back up your data by using the Microsoft ActiveSync. Please check Microsoft Outlook if your contacts, calendar, notes and other infos are being downloaded. [Hard reset will remove all your data (back up is necessary) and installed third party program (re-installation is needed)]
2.For files like Word Doc, Excel saved in the Mobile device; open up your Microsoft Activesync window and look for Explore. It will open up the Mobile Device window and you shall see there the folders where you saved the files. For further checking, open up the My Windows Mobile. You can copy and paste to your PC or to your storage card
3 . Once backed up, unplug the USB cable and then perform a hard reset.

Method: Go to start-> settings-> system-> clear storage-> tap in 1234-> and tap yes/ok.

Device will restart. (This procedure will restore your phone to its default settings).
