he didn't know when the plane will took off.

为什么两人持的意见不同?

1 will 后要写动词原型，所以你翻译的一定是错的
应该改成：She asked if he would leave here in a week.

2 I wanted to know if they had ever been to America.

3 He didn't know when the plane would take off.
4 Do you know how long he has stayed here?

从句中的谓语动词与主句中动词时态保持一致。

stay 不是瞬时动词，可以与how long 连用

stay 是绝对可以与how long 连用的
