摘 要：试验是以棉花为原料，采用常规的细菌鉴定方法和Vitek-AMS仪GNI测试卡对从棉花根际分离到的促生细菌进行初步的鉴定并观察了菌落特性及细胞特点。实验结果表明：对棉花根际促生菌初步鉴定结果WPC1菌株为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas spp)、YPL2菌株为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas spp)、C1菌株为阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)、WPC2菌株为土壤杆菌(Agrobacterium ssp)。在经过16SrDNA 鉴定，16SrDNA序列分析已经成为细菌种属鉴定和分类的标准方法，根据其序列同源性可构建各种属的系统发育树，确定细菌系统进化上的分类学地位。
