求助,文件的打开方式

我用杀毒软件扫描，发现在电脑的F盘里有木马病毒，我就用360的文件粉碎机把文件粉碎了，结果我发现那个被粉碎的文件还在，我手动删除却删不了，我把文件的打开方式改成了文本文档的打开方式，结果所有的软件都变成了这种打开方式，我怎麽才能改过来呢？谢谢
