1.假如在公共场所,不要惊慌,要有秩序的在工作人员的安排下撤离,不要争先恐后引起混乱。
2.假如在家里,要把一切电源切断,煤气关好,以防火灾。
3.在室外的,应远离狭窄的街巷,电线杆,桥,高大建筑等，尽量拿枕头之类的柔软物挡在头上，以防东西砸下来。
4.地震时无法或来不及撤到室外的人，可因地制宜，采取一些应急办法，坚实的家具和小跨度房间都是可以暂时藏身的地方。
