Each year China consumes a large number of plastic shopping bags. Personally, I think the regulation is a timely
measure against plastic bags. The ban on free plastic bags encourages people to be more environmentally friendly. As students, we should be fully aware of the damage they cause and use paper or cloth bags instead to reduce environmental pollution.
