我是船务公司，负责FOB。现在碰到SHIPPER要更改品名，货物已经在途中，但是负责危险品的同事不能帮他更改，该品名属于化工品，虽然提供了非危保函，和MSDS，但也许由于奥运期间，这个要更改为的品名属于我们公司禁运品，CNEE那边一定要改成那个品名，目的港代理发邮件问我有没有改好，但我们这边不能接受更改为该品名，我如何用英语把这个情况表明呢？万分感谢~
改DG名称是非常危险事情，一般POD不会接受POL改动的DG list，如果的确是申请出错的问题，如果DG的积载没有和其他危险品发生冲突和危及到其它货物，在出具保函的前提下船公司可能接受你的改单要求。

Just received important msg from Shipper to revise DG details that laded on your good vessel sailing to your ends. in order to protect our benefit and avoid risk for this matter if your ends accept to amend this details we should appreciate highly for your good help, otherwise we have to inform Shipper to A/C penalty due to they will hold this reposibility mistakes incurred in DG declaration.
