右建点击开始--点属性---点上面的开始菜单选项栏---自定义---点高级设置选项栏
你就可以选择清除历史纪录以及永久去掉记录这一选项

this will work for windows Xp operating systems, and possible 98/ME.

Right click on the "start menu" button (bottom right) select properties, then the customise tab, then the advanced tab. And there should be a button "clear list" this will remove the recent documents list.

untick "list my most recently opened documents" if you want to remove the option of displaying the list of recent documents.

直接删掉就好了，那只是个记录而已。
