企业薪酬制度激励作用研究
——以T港口集团有限公司为例

摘要:企业薪酬制度不仅具有人们期望的正激励,同时还存在着负激励。企业奖励制度所带来的负面效应,在理论与实践中,正在成为不容忽视的问题。使薪酬制度负面效应降低到最低限度,是每一个组织在制定奖励计划时必需考虑的问题。本研究基于这一认识,对T港口集团有限公司薪酬制度及其激励作用进行了实证研究,对影响其激励作用的因素进行了理论分析,从提高薪酬激励综合有效性出发,本研究提出了改进企业薪酬制度的相关措施建议。

Abstract: enterprises pay system not only has the people's expectations are encouraging, but there is still a negative incentive. Enterprise incentive system brought about by the negative effects, in theory and practice, is becoming a problem can not be ignored. The pay system to reduce negative effects to a minimum, every organization in the development of the scheme when necessary to consider the issue. In this study based on this understanding, on T Port Group Co., Ltd. and its incentive pay system for the empirical study of its impact on the factors stimulating the theoretical analysis, from improving the effectiveness of comprehensive incentive pay, the study proposed Enterprises pay system to improve the measures proposed.
