Smoking should be banned from the healthy point of view , but great economic profits lie beneath this ban. In order to build a more healthy and cleaner city before the Olympics, the gov decided to learn from HK to launched a smoking ban, but if it is applied to everywhere , our gov will loss a substantive sum of tax.
Don’t tell me that our gov cares more about the health of our people than the money . it is so na?ve to think like that. If our gov is really that kind , it will launch a cigarette sales ban . the most devil thing is the cigarette rather than the people who smoke them, right?
In my humble opinion, such a ban can keep the smokers from smoking at public places , so ,they can make less people become second hand smokers and earn a good reputation of smoking ban city.
But actually that’s not true . those who smoke keep on smoking ,just in different places, our city continue to be polluted by those smokers and the cigarette

存在着巨大的商业利益。为了在奥运会召开前建设一座健
康，整洁的城市，政府决定学习香港的经验，颁布禁烟法
令。但是如果在所有地方执行这一法令，我们的政府将损
失大量的税收。
不要告诉我你们的政府比起经济利益来说更在乎人民的身

他们可以使吸二手烟的人大量减少，同时可以为禁烟城市

但是实际上现实并没有这样，吸烟的人还在吸烟，只不过
是在不同的地方，我们的城市仍旧受到烟民们的持续污染
，香烟制造上仍旧从中大量渔利，政府仍旧从香烟公司赚
取大量的税收。
吸烟应被禁止从健康的角度来看，但巨大的经济利润所在，下方这项禁令。为了建立一个更健康和更清洁的城市奥林匹克运动会之前，政务决定学习香港发起了禁烟，但如果将它应用到无处不在，我们的政务将损失一个实质性的总和税。
不告诉我，我们的政务更关心我国人民的健康比金钱。它是如此娜？维生素E的想法一样。如果我们的政务，实在是这样，它将推出一项卷烟销售禁令。最魔鬼的东西是香烟，而不是谁的人吸烟，他们的，对不对？
在管见，这项禁令可以使吸烟者的吸烟，在公众地方，所以他们可以少人成为二手烟民，赚取了良好的声誉禁烟的城市。
