摘 要
近年来，企业集团的运作日趋国际化、联盟化，竞争与合作的趋势仍在继续。这一国际化的趋势要求中国的企业集团为此有必要建立、健全科学、合理、有效的企业集团财务管理模式而且必须高度重视企业集团的管理和公司治理问题，以真正提高企业集团的核心竞争力。本文利用经济学和管理学的基本知识，借鉴国内外已有的研究成果，采用对比研究和理论联系实际的方法，从企业集团财务管理模式的概念入手，深入浅出的分析了企业集团财务管理模式的内容、特征以及影响企业集团财务管理模式选择的因素，然后将美、日、韩三国的企业集团财务管理模式进行对比，同时结合我国的实际国情，为现行企业集团财务管理模式提出建议，以期为提高企业集团的核心竞争力提供参考。
