本论文从对中国汇率变革的历史、现状及未来的展望，研究了汇率变动的理论依据，从人民币变动的内外环境、发展趋势的分析巾，研究了当前人民币汇率变动和今后对中国经济的影响。首先分析了我国近年来人民币汇率的变化以及人民币汇率体制改革的原因。然后重点分析人民币汇率升值对我国进出口贸易，物价水平，就业等带来的影响。从短期来看人民币升值不利于我国出口贸易的发展，人民币升值会给中国的通货紧缩带来更大的压力导致物价的不稳定、人民币汇率升值会降低中国企业的利润率，增大就业压力等。但长远来看人民币适当升值有利于降低进口成本，抑制国内物价上涨，刺激消费，加快结构调整，促进对外投资和减少贸易摩擦，加快中国经济的发展，提高中国的综合国力。最后利用数学模型根据数据对中国GDP与人民币汇率进行分析，人民币汇率与GDP相互影响，同相发展的。但是，要注意西方国家利用人民币汇率问题大做文章，要求人民币继续大幅度升值，人民币升值过快会对我国宏观经济以及农业、纺织、机械、电子等行业带来不利影响。因此，我国必需坚定人民币汇率问题是中国自己的事情，不屈从于其他国家的压力;也要防止对人民币汇率问题过多的行政干预，应该让人民币汇率的变动真正反应中国的经济变动。
