造成双边贸易不平衡并愈演愈烈的重要原因有很多，以垂直分工为基本特征的进出口商品结构，进出口结构差异等等。 目前,国际市场上劳动密集型产品的竟争越来越激烈,多数中小韩资企业不堪重击,普遍面临经营困境。中韩两国也要注意加强在中国中西部地区的合作,从而使韩国的对华投资呈现全方位、多层次的发展格局。中国也要加快向韩国投资的步伐。目前,双方的资金流动更多地表现为韩国对中国的单向流动,不利于双方合作的持久稳固发展。另一方面,希望韩国政府从双方长远利益出发,减少对中国进口商品的贸易壁垒。
