1. 我们，即上述的签约者，已阅读并接受由北京中外企业人力资源协会（简称HRA）于2005年12月9日（星期五）晚上6：00-9：30在北京世纪金源酒店大宴会厅举办的“2005北京中外企业人力资源协会圣诞晚会”所提出的上述赞助及参展合同条款。
