*以因商务目的入境4次以上者,从第五次开始无需提供邀请函,个人简历
邀请人需要准备的材料
1.邀请函原件(需含邀请函事由和归国保证书等内容)
2.法人印鉴证明原件货个人印鉴证明
3.事业者登录证明或固有编号证(非营利团体)
4.纳税事实证明
5.商务往来证明材料
(购买合同,合作意向书或合同,其他贸易往来证明材料如L/C复印件,进出口报关材料,进口业绩证明材料)
6.法人登记簿藤本及印鉴证明原件
*政府机关及其下属团体,政府投资机关,各级学校等公共团体发出邀请时,可以免交第3~4项材料
