虽然在我们员工中竞争很激烈，有时候会有一些矛盾。当然工作的时候我们要全部听从上级指挥，就象我的工作，很多时候我打电话去联系客户，问他们是否需要广告投放的服务，找了很多个都不是负责人，甚至有的时候明明当时决定好了，但到后来还会说自己没有决定权。而且很多小的商家对我们怀有戒备，觉得我们是骗钱的，不宣传不投资生意只会越发惨淡，他们觉得我们的产品只是无回报的

Though there's fierce competition in our company,and sometimes even frictions happened between our staffs,when working we obey the leader's commands.Such as my job,many times I phoned the customers asking them to the advertising services but only got the result that they were not the managers.Even sometimes they changed their promises after they had made decisions.Besides many small businesses tend to be suspicious and condiering us as liars.They believed our products are not paybacks since without publicity and investment the business will keep falling and depressing.
