为什么要选C阿。小声问一句（see sb. done不是应该用于被动的么？）

因为这里和see没有关系
这里就是一个后置的定语dressed in red来修饰the girl
也可以这么理解：是一个修饰 the girl定语从句who is dressed in red省略了who is
somebody be dressed in你知道撒？就是说打扮成什么样，穿成什么样子
前面的seen换作noticed之类的别的什么动词这里都选C

have on 根本不搭配，
WEAR表示穿的动作也不选
dress：如果说某人穿了什么衣服的话应该是：
the girl is dressed in red
所以这里用dressed而不用dressing

这里要考虑dress是个使动词,(be) dressed in sth 可以理解为固定搭配，意思为穿某物。

dressed in red 修饰the girl，意思是穿着红衣服的女孩
不是see sb. done的句式
全句中文是：你见到那个穿红衣服的女孩了吗？她是我们的班长
而不是：你看见那个女孩穿红衣服了吗？

dressed in 表示一种状态

这个dressed不是表被动…是非谓语…修饰衣服与班长之间是被动关系…不是强调被动的时态
