check to be sure you have adequate disk space.
if a diver is identified in the stop message. disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
try changing video adapters.
check with you hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.
disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components.
restart your computer.
press F8 to select advanced startup options.
and then select safe mode.

重装系统不能解决此问题。检查内存条的金手指、数据线等是否接触良好，可以从新插拔一下试试；看看显卡驱动是否安装正确，显卡质量不好、驱动不对也有蓝屏现象；偶尔，装系统时BIOS改为从硬盘启动后，没有恢复到原来的第一启动项，开机时也会蓝屏，甚至光驱里放有光盘都不行；我有朋友电脑开机蓝屏，什么都查了，都没事，结果，是硬盘出毛病了。蓝屏的原因很多，也不很好检查，只能细心的一项项来排除。估计金手指、数据线的接触问题；显卡的问题可能性比较大
啊，还有，你把内存条取下一个，运行试试，有时两个内存条的性能不一致，也会出现这种现象，取下一条内存后，运行会慢一些，但可能就不会出现中途蓝屏的现象了，如果真能不蓝屏的话，建议把两条内存换成一条1G的内存条，就好了。

看到nv4_disp.dll了，你是不是nvidia的显卡，换个新的驱动试试
用DM重新分区.然后重装下系统.问题应该能解决.

把显卡、内存重新插拔一遍。
按F8能进入安全模式吗？能进入一般就没有问题
你蓝屏之前该过bios里的设置吗? 改动过就恢复初始的设置
目前最流行的方法是重装系统。装GHOST XP，十分钟就搞定。
