把when改成that

应该吧when改成that，这种it was....when还是it was....that的句子结构，做的时候只要把it was 和when/that去掉之后如果这个句子还是一个完整的句子的话那么就用that，否则就用when，像上面的这个句子，去掉it was...when之后变成last year we saw cathy for the first time ，这是一个完整的句子，所以应该用that.

when是引导时间状语从句的 一般when后面的句子都是缺成分的
而that后加宾语从句 that+完整的句子
所以when改成that就好啦
