从语法上来讲，desiring和to be desired都可以，但从意思上来讲，应该是，还有更令人期待的，所以用to be desired
B strict 是严格，严厉的意思，是一种对学生的普遍的态度
A hard 是跟...过不去，让人不好过的意思
eg:he is strict on his children ,and he is hard on those who tell lies

A to
介词及后面的名词来修饰tour的
所谓语言点大概也就是考tour后面加什么介词比较好吧
