NGO即非政府组织的简称，是伴随着社会的进步和发展而兴起和壮大起来的，是社会发展的必然。但是我国现阶段的NGO与国际NGO相比仍有很多不同与不足之处，比如中国NGO面临着“双重管理”、资金不足、注册难、志愿服务水平较低等等困境，本文旨在通过对中国NGO的困境及困境产生的原因进行分析，以探析中国NGO的未来发展路径。
