Is thinking freely equal to thinking creatively ?Why or why not ?

Thinking freely means to think without any
limitation,in this way,it will present
your own thought.It is not conditioned by
environment,culture and ideology,Usually
it will spark inspiration of creative
thinking.take Newton,when he saw an apple
drop on the ground,it enable him to think
the attraction from the earth.
However,thinking freely sometimes just
does random thinking without any purpose,
that will draw nothing from the original
life.Most of the random thinking results
in nothing creative.Only few percent of
random thinking will reap good results.

Thinking freely is certainly not the same as thinking creatively. To be able to think freely is a fundamental right to modern citizens of any society.
