neither与either的区别（多给几个例句）

neither用作为否定词，意思为“不”一般与nor连用。
e.g.Neither he nor I am student.
Neither the dog nor a cat likes rice

either属于选择词，意思为“或者”，一般与or连用
e.g.Either he or she is monitor.
Either he or she will be the boss.

注：无论是“neither...nor..."还是"either...or..."都要遵从就近原则，也就是谓语是由离谓语最近的主语决定。

neither，either含有否定意味
在否定句中 neither 表示对两者全部否定
如，Neither he nor I am teachers.我和他都不是老师。
nor 后面的谓语动词采用“就近原则”
either 部分否定
Either Jack or Jim is at home.Jack和Jim并非都在家
either 放在句尾，相当于too
如，I have not gone to Hangzhou, either.我也没有去过杭州。
但是either 也要以用在肯定句中，表示二选一
如，You could drink either beer or wine.你可以喝啤酒或是葡萄酒。
